Service Agreement: Cash Flow Queen Masterclass
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Iconic Empire Pty Ltd t/as Karla Maree ("Provider") and you ("Client") on the date of purchase.
1. Service Description
The Provider agrees to deliver Cash Flow Queen Masterclass on the 10th June 2025. This is a comprehensive class designed to help the Client create consistent cash flow in their business using the low ticket business model.
2. Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure
The Client acknowledges that Cash Flow Queen is a masterclass developed by the Provider. The Client agrees not to copy, distribute, or share the content with any third parties without the express written consent of the Provider.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of Cash Flow Queen, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. By purchasing this product, the Client acknowledges and agrees that they waive the right to request a refund, chargeback, or dispute for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or lack of implementation.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
The Provider has tested the methods she will teach inside Cash Flow Queen extensively, and while it has proven effective, the Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes. The Client acknowledges that results depend on individual circumstances, effort, and application. The Provider is not liable for any perceived lack of results or business outcomes.
5. Client Responsibility
The Client is responsible for implementing the strategies and frameworks provided in Cash Flow Queen. The Provider holds no responsibility if the Client does not achieve the desired results.
6. No Warranty
The Provider makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided in Cash Flow Queen. The service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
8. Acceptance
By ticking the box at checkout, the Client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
